BRAAAAINS!!!!!

Last night’s Halloween festivities were a blast!! We got ready and left at a great time, too! The weather treated us well…I only got a runny nose twice.

We decided to trick-or-treat on a deemed “safe street” here in town. It is in the downtown section where all of the rich ass people live in their nice big, old homes. I don’t mind. I love rich people and old homes! :)

So there was a huge crowd. Lines to houses were probably 60 people long at times, but went by SO fast. Aidan wound up getting not a whole lot of candy, but once again…I don’t mind. His sister wound up being in the area when we were so we met up!

Aidan and daddy!

Aidan and mama!!

Aidan and his 80s hip-hop sister!

The guy told us this was a real brain and real hand. Sick! You can tell they are! He had a HUGE house, so I wouldn’t doubt that he has access to this kind of stuff.

‘Tis what season??

You know what is really annoying?

When we haven’t even celebrated Halloween yet and department stores are already selling effing christmas trees!!

I’m not ready for all that yet! Don’t remind me of how tough this year is going to be (again) on getting stuff for the kids. Luckily I have PTO I can cash in and so I should rake in at least about $350 (after taxes).

And Mike’s grandfather’s house may be selling this week. Niiiiice.

suckage

For some reason on Mike’s computer whenever I try to publish a post it “navigates away” from the page without posting the actual content of the entry. I don’t know why.

So, therefore, I haven’t been able to post and when I’m at work I try to not be on the computer for very long time periods as they don’t like it. Meh.

What sucks is I’ve had some good stuff to write about, too, but oh well.

I am really excited about this month; I LOVE Halloween – it’s my favorite holiday. I am taking the whole shift off which means I’ll have from the Monday before until the Thursday after Halloween off!!! Love it!

Aidan is going to be Mommy’s LIttle Monster – mummy style. We are going out trick-or-treating this year. I do have leftovers from last year to give out (I give out toys, not candy) so I’ll probably give them to my kids at work. I want to dress up, but I have no idea as what.

A Jill of All Trades

31 year old mother of Aidan, born January 27, 2007. Wife to a music man and tattoo artist on the side. I blog about everything under the sun and don't care if I offend anyone. Hopefully I can put a few stitches in your side.
I love music, fashion, tattoos and web design. Without those things, I'd feel lost. I always want more, more, more...like Billy Idol says. More fashion, more music, more tattoos.

AND....I am not the same person who owns jillofalltrades.com nor am I affiliated with her. My web design business is known as The Design Parlor.
