Today Sorayah and I got together to do some mommy shopping! I wanted to give her pointers and my opinions on certain baby products: what I recommend and what I suggest she stay away from. With the help of other blog friends, I’ve received some great advice along the way and I want to pass that on to someone who I know will appreciate it just as much as I do.
We left my house around 2:40 and went to a shop I now buy my diapers and some other things at. It’s called TN Liquidators and they sell most stuff at half price. It’s awesome!! She got two packs of diapers (name brand), some swiffer dusters and a couple of other things for about $32. What a deal!
We headed over to Wal-Mart after this where I continued to make my suggestions, blah blah. We found a new bath tub that I wish I could get for Aidan. At this stage, he’s almost outgrown tubs. I bought her some baby wipes since she only received 1 pack at her showers.
We ventured over to K-Mart where we were disappointed because we could not find any long sleeved onesies. Nobody has them!!! What’s up with that?? I could understand if this was Hawaii or something, but come on!! It still gets cold here….We did find a Boppy, which she needs, but they wanted $35….uh, don’t think so.
We had both seen one at T.J.Maxx and so we headed that way to see if it was still there, and we were unlucky 
We did find some awesome things for ourselves!! I found a throw for my Dirty Santa gift and some Betsey Johnson glasses that were SOO cute, but $30. I have to wait on that since I’m not scheduled much over the next couple of weeks.
Sorayah found a Jansport backpack that was camo with a pink zipper for only $10 (right?)!! She also found a cute purse that had Tinkerbell on it (which she loves!). She wound up spending quite a bit, and I bought nothing! Surprise!
I went over to BAM to change Aidan and then browsed all of their cupcake recipe books. I found 3 that I want. One, I mentioned on here before:

one with a Witch’s hat on top and one that looks like a Toadstool!!

500 cupcakes!! What would I do with myself?!?!
I like all of them, and want all of them. They’re all about the same price: close to $14. Now, which one to choose?
I know I’ll eventually end up with all of them!!
I had afun time and need to get out with friends more often. It was quite liberating feeling like an adult who does have a life!! I’ve forgotten I had one. I really love spending time with my friends Rhiannon and Sorayah.
