I need a nice rack!

A spice rack, that is. Mike and I were talking about chicken over the phone while I was at work this weekend and he was telling me some marinades that he saw at Wal-Mart. He mentioned lemon pepper and I told him we had the seasoning. Then it got me to thinking how over the summer we love grilling chicken and steaks (although we can’t afford it lately). Both of us love trying new marinades, sauces and seasonings.

I LOVE to cook. In case you didn’t know. He loves to grill.

I could really use a nice little organized spice rack to put all of my lovely spices in oh so neatly on my kitchen counter. It would make room for more cans in my cabinet and it would be neat. I could have even more of a selection as well, to look at while I’m not grilling the expensive steaks and chicken we won’t be cooking up anytime soon.

Nothing would make me happier right now, just to have it. My birthday is coming up on September 2nd if anyone is feeling generous!!

I’d love a Williams-Sonoma one:

I’d even settle for a Wal-Mart one:

Jill: Try a SpiceStack for your next spice rack. It holds your own spices from the grocery store (read: no transferring spices por paying for fancy ones you don’t need) and fits in the kitchen cabinet, leaving more work space on your counters. Check it out at http://www.SpiceStack.com and happy cooking!

We haver a lot of seasoning. and it’s all over the place. We seem to be very disorganized. Haha. Good luck on getting your spice rack!

My bday is in Spet, too, but my counters are too cluttered for those. Very purty, tho.

I love the Williams Sonoma one (first)!!! :)

Yeah, I really have no idea where I’d put it either because I have VERY limited space on my counters, too. We have a cappucino maker, coffemaker, cookie jar, blender, toaster, mort and pistle, knife holderdish drainer, utensil holder and a sponge/scrub brush holder, all on about 7 feet of counter space. My counter/cabinet space SUCKS!!!

But we’ll be improving that over the next couple of years, just in time for our move to Florida so I won’t enjoy any of it.

How about a hand-me-down one?? I have one in the garage here at my parents’ house that I have never used! It still even has spices in it, but I don’t think I’d use them unless they are still sealed. Let me know if you want it, and I’ll stick it in the truck for the next time I see you.

I love music, fashion and web design. Without those things, I'd feel lost. I always want more, more, more...like Billy Idol says. More fashion, more music, more tattoos.
I'm learning how to juggle my life as I am a counselor to 9 teenage girls for 84 hours a week, I do web design and I have a family to tend to.

AND....I am not the same person who owns jillofalltrades.com nor am I affiliated with her. My web design business is known as The Design Parlor.
